How much does shipping cost?
(1) For most countries: Free shipping for orders of $60 or more, $20 shipping fee for orders under $60.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal as our primary payment method.
How can I track my order?
We’ll email you a tracking number once your order ships. You can track your shipment with 17TRACK or email [email protected].
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can request an order change or cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has shipped, changes and cancellations are unavailable. Please review the full return and refund policy for applicable conditions and fees.
How do returns work?
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and complete. Return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply.
